The Sphinx Complex

Welcome to The Sphinx Complex at Giza. There's a lot of excavations going on here, so watch your step.
Sights to See
 The Sphinx at Giza is carved from the bedrock of the Giza plateau. It is generally believed that the sphinx was commissioned by the 4th Dynasty King, Khafre between 2558 and 2532 BC.

Between the paws of the sphinx you will find a stela which has come to be known as the "Dream Stela". The stone is inscribed with dream of Thutmosis IV.

There are lots of excavations taking place in the vicinity of the sphinx, so do be careful as you wander the area. The archaeologists appear to have abandoned the dig and thugs have taken their place. Watch your step as you explore the area.
Complex Guards
 Scattered throughout the area are mercenaries and assassins. Keep your guns ready.
Souvenirs
In order to make any progress at all, you must obtain a silver key from one of the mercenaries. You will then need to find the metal blade of an old shovel and a matching wooden handle to form a shovel.
Hidden Treasures
 There is one secret that is easy to find if are the kind that leads no stone unturned.
Hazards
 The deep pits and the small army of mercenaries are the greatest hazards. Watch your step and keep your guns at the ready and you should do well.
