Welcome to The Great Pyramid at Giza.
Sights to See
 The Great Pyramid at Giza is the oldest of the Seven Ancient Wonders, yet it is the only one that still stands. This monument was built by the Egyptian pharaoh Khufu of the fourth dynasty around the year 2560 BC to serve as a tomb when he died. The design of the pyramid was an extension of the mastaba. When several mastabas were stacked up, they formed the early pyramids.

The great pyramid is believed to have been built over a 20 year period. How the ancient Egyptians laid all the of the stones in place is still a subject of much debate. The site was first prepared and then the stone blocks were transported from a quarry elsewhere. An outer casing, which has eroded away over the years, was then applied to smooth the surface of the pyramid.

When it was built, the Great pyramid was 145.75 meters high. Over the years, the pyramid has lost 10 meters off its top. We've mentioned the unsual rash of recent seismic activity. The earthquakes have created deep pits and huge chasms across the face of the desert. Watch your step as you explore the area.

 The only creatures that live on the pyramid are giant scarabs.

There is nothing especially interesting to be obtained.
Hidden Treasures
 There is one secret that you can find if you know how to look. If you found the one in the mastabas, you should have no problems finding this one.
Hazards
 The greatest danger in this level is sliding off the face of the pyramid into the chasm at the base or getting crushed by a falling block. Save often and you should be okay.
