The purpose of another brief visit to the Trenches is merely to pass through, back to the street bazaar.
Just Passin' Through
That's right. Dropping back into the trenches is purely out of convenience, or maybe inconvenience. You need to get back to the street bazaar, so head to the western end of the trenches to make your way back to the street bazaar.
Parking Problems
The problem is that you've parked the motorcycle high up on that ledge, and now you need to get up there on foot. Conveniently for you, the big pile of sand has shifted and it's possible to climb up from the trenches furthest to the west. A little climbing and jumping will get you back to the ladder.
